I absolutely love this guitar! I bought it as a stage guitar (prop) but was pleasantly surprised at what a quality instrument it is. With that said, it's not perfect, as I expected when I bought it. The big thing is the pickups. When I switch from the 12 string neck to the 6 string neck, I was feeling let down. It just didn't sound as big a full as I wanted. I swapped the pickups out for a set of Seymour Duncan SH6s and the problem was solved. On the 12 string neck, the brake angles of the opposite facing strings are pretty radical. Just looking at it you can tell that they might be finicky and they are. To help this, the tuners are geared super slow for fine tuning. It really does help. I'm still going to do the things you might do in this case, graphite the nut and stuff like that. The guitar doesn't feel cheap. The necks are super comfortable and fast, with the jumbo frets, thinner necks and flatter radius fingerboards. The 6 string feels somewhere between a Les Paul and an Ibanez Gem. The Ibanez being way too flat for my playing style. In general, I really enjoy playing this guitar. It's not even close to the novelty I thought it was going to be.
